- Rice 1 cup
- Oil 2 tbsp.
- Mustard Seeds 1 tsp.
- Urad Daal 1 tsp.
- Chana Daal 1 tsp.
- Cashews handful
- Raisins handful
- Turmeric pinch
- mixed vegs. 1 cup
- Lemon 1
Preparação
- [1] Cook rice.
- [2] Heat oil and add all other ingredients except for the lemon.
- Fry as appropriate.
- [3] Mix stuff in pan with rice. Squeeze the lemon and add the
- juice to the rice.
