Ingredientes
- 2 cans of Italian plum tomatoes
- 2 small cans of sauce
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 medium onion − chopped
- 3 garlic cloves − crushed
- ¼ cup fresh basil
- 1 tbl. parsley
- Salt & pepper
Preparação
- Heat olive oil in sauce pan − add garlic and chopped onion and saute until
- onions are transluscent. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, basil, parsley, and
- salt & pepper and cook slowly for 45 minutes to an hour.
