Ingredientes
- 48 oz ricotta cheese
- 1½ cups sugar
- 2 cans condensed milk
- 1 cup ghee
Preparação
- First heat ricotta cheese (low) till it becomes dry and
- crumbly.
- Then add sugar. Mix and cook till it becomes solid.
- Pour in condensed milk and cook further.
- Add ghee and stir a while. Remove when halva doesn't
- stick to your fingers.
- (don't let it become too solid - it will solidify when you
- cool it.)
