Ingredientes
- Black Pepper 1 tsp.
- Red chillies 6
- Chana Daal 1 tbsp.
- Toor Daal 1 tbsp.
- Coriander Seeds 1 tbsp.
- Coconut(grated) 1 tbsp.
Preparação
- [1] Fry all ingredients (except coconut) in as little oil as possi-
- ble.
- [2] Add coconut, grind (very fine) in blender.

- Tamcon 1 flat tsp.
- Salt 2 tsp.
- Mustard Seeds 1 tsp.
- Turmeric pinch
- Tomatoes ½ can
- Rice powder 1 tsp.
- Hing ¼ tsp.
- Preparation
- [1] Heat oil, mustard seeds.
- [2] Add 4 cups water, tamcon, masala, turmeric, tomatoes, and
- salt to the pan. Boil for about 10 minutes.
- [3] Add hing, rice powder and stir to thicken. Boil for another
- minute or so.
